| Guarantee For the protection of the Purchaser and Seller; we require that you have your puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase / delivery, excluding Sundays and holidays. Failure to have your new puppy examined within 48 hours VOIDS this warranty. If your new puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour examination and is unable to be medically treated, you will be given another puppy of equal value or a refund, and this will be determined by the Seller. To qualify for a refund, the puppy must be returned alive to the Seller within 24 hours of the examination, written reports from a Licensed Veterinarian stating the problem and the original registration papers / application. In the unlikely event of the puppy's death, a statement from a Licensed Veterinarian confirming such an event, with a Laboratory Report backing the Veterinarian's statement must be forwarded to Seller before any action will be taken by the Seller. An autopsy is required along with a Laboratory Report. Under no circumstances is the puppy to be eithanized without Seller's knowledge and consent (except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate attention). There is no guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes after the puppy leaves Seller's care. Therefore, there is no guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis or Parasites. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, Corona Virus or any bacterial viruses after 48 hours, as these diseases can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller. Seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian fees, medications, or any other expenditure that might occur with the puppy. All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility. |
